WHO WE ARE
Harris Properties, LLC is a real estate development company composed of Chad & Marianne Harris, a husband-and-wife team taking aim at the booming real estate market in Nashville, TN, with goals to spread out into other areas of the southeast region. Chad leads the development of the real estate investments focusing on evaluations, acquisitions, financing, planning, permitting, and building. Marianne, through the partnering company Harris Homes, handles the lead generation, real estate brokering, listing, and selling of the investments.
To diversify the revenue streams, Harris Properties invests portions of the development revenue in long term real estate investments such as rental properties or buy/holds to generate long-term cash flow and setup the development division with future opportunities.
In addition, Harris Properties provides other services such as consulting, property management, project management, as well as remodel and handyman services. All these services are profitable divisions of the company, providing supplemental revenue and are opportunities to scale the company with sustainable growth.
Mission statement
To acquire real estate that has high speculative value, redevelop to improve the property’s value, and sell the property to produce strong profits for the company, shareholders, and partners. Some key strategies include finding property at below market value to create instant equity into the deals, thoughtful planning to determine the best use and type of development for the property with the highest return on investment, and moving efficiently through the planning, permitting, and building phases to maximize profits.
